Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. But if any situation happens, we are here to offer our clients excellent customer service.

**Return and Refund merchandise are limited to items purchased in the United States and Puerto Rico only. 

**We do not offer return or refund to International Orders. All International Orders are Final Sale. 

  • Send your return and exchange request to our email address mvargas@monikcreationsshop.com or you can contact us at 787-430-9046 for authorization. Please add pictures to your message.
  • We only accept returns or exchanges if the shoe does not fit your size or if the shoe is defective.
  • We always inspect the quality of the product before it is shipped out.
  • Only items at a regular price may be exchanged or returned. Items on sale, accessories, handbags, and jewelry, are  final sales and may not be returned.
  • Exchanges without authorization will be returned to the sender.
  • All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of the item.
  • The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping cost to return the items to our facilities, and our store is going to pay the shipping cost to send a new item to our customer.
  • The items should be returned in the same condition received: unworn, unwashed, without any alterations and together with all original tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable, will be denied and sent back.
  • Once we verify the returned product, we can provide you with a variety of options:  if you want a returned style in another size and is not available, we can provide you with the option to choose another style or if you don't want another style, we are going to provide you with a store gift card in the next two business day. The gift cards are going to be for the total product's price, and will not include the shipping cost.
